Shaun is the Salon Manager for the Mark Leeson Chesterfield and the company’s Art Director. Shaun is a creative powerhouse, known internationally for his beautiful photographic work and his skills as an educator, often presenting to huge audiences under the Revlon Professional mantle.

Having completed his training at the Mansfield salon since joining the company in 2003, he has built up an enviable array of accolades, commencing with Newcomer of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards in 2009. Since then, he has also been named Eastern Hairdresser of the Year twice and Midlands Hairdresser of the Year since moving to Chesterfield on two occasions at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards. Other award wins include Hair Magazine’s Best Salon Stylist 2019.

Terri is Manager of Mark Leeson Mansfield, and a world-renowned hairstylist with an array of award-wins to her name. Terri has been the recipient of eight British Hairdressing Awards, both individually and as part of the Mark Leeson Artistic Team – most recently helping to bring home the title Artistic Team of the Year 2019. Now a member of the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame, having won the title Eastern Hairdresser of the Year three times, along with colleague Andrea Giles she is also two-times winner of Men’s Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards and in 2017 was once again recognised for her expertise in men’s hair, winning the OneShot Hair Awards International Men’s Image of the Year.

As Managing Director of Mark Leeson, Richard is truly the driving force behind this thriving brand.  His focus not only finds him dealing with the day to day business of the salon group, but his keen eye on the creative earns his place as an integral member of the Mark Leeson Art Team where he is responsible for the art direction of the company’s photographic shoots, shows & seminars for which the company is renowned globally. He is also a salon colourist and works closely with Mark on his clients day to day.

International Hairstylist of the Year 2020,  Mark Leeson is one of the world’s most celebrated hairdressers.  He’s the recipient of countless accolades, including the most prestigious title in UK hairdressing, British Hairdresser of the Year, three times winner of Eastern Hairdresser of the Year, British Colourist of the Year, Most Wanted Colourist and coveted Hall of Fame member of the British Hairdressing Awards.      Famed globally for his flawless colour work, stunning photographic collections and his flair for educations and passing on his skill to others,   the Mark Leeson Artistic Team rightly hold the title of British Hairdressing Awards Artistic Team of the Year which, having won it three times will lead them to the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame in 2020. 

Both salons that bear his name – Mark Leeson in Mansfield and Mark Leeson in Chesterfield – are hubs of creativity, with Mark known for encouraging those in his team to excel and become talented, award winning hairdressers in their own right – check Terri Kay, Lisa Graham, Andrea Giles, Shaun Hall and Joseph l’Anson.

In 2019, Mark was appointed the role of Global Creative Ambassador for Revlon Professional, which sees him sharing his creative brilliance around the world.
